2024 Sponsorship Levels
$5,000 TITLE SPONSOR – This includes two teams of four players, all gimmick holes and 20 team mulligans. Company name on player cart signage, logo on title/registration banner, logo included on all hole signage, sign with company logo at hole of your choosing, and you may set up at selected hole to give out information or play a game to add to the fun.
$2,500 CLUBHOUSE SPONSOR – This includes two teams of four players, all gimmick holes and 16 team mulligans. Company logo on driving range or practice green sign with company logo at hole of your choosing, and you may set up at selected hole to give out information or play a game to add to the fun.
$1,250 HOLE SPONSOR – This includes one team of four players, all gimmick holes and 12 team mulligans company logo on practice area banner, sign with company logo at hole of your choosing, and you may set up at selected hole to give out information or play a game to add to the fun.
$1,000 BEVERAGE SPONSOR –This includes one team of four players, all gimmick holes and 12 team mulligans and a sign with your company logo on the course.
$750 COURSE SPONSOR –This includes one team of four players, all gimmick holes and 10 team mulligans and a sign with your company logo on the course.
$500 TEAM SPONSOR – This includes one team of four players in the tournament. All gimmick holes and 10 team mulligans.
INDIVIDUAL SPONSOR - If you would like to sponsor but don’t wish to play we accept donations of all levels and will provide a receipt for tax purposes.
SHOTGUN START - 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM

2018 Golf Tourney $12,000 raised!
On Friday, April 20, 2018, almost 90 golfers participated in a single shotgun event to raise money for local special needs groups. The event raised $12,000 split between various organizations in the Bartlesville area.
$3,000 to Dewey Elementary School
Dewey used the money to purchase new playground equipment for their special needs students to play with.
$2,500 to Bartlesville High School
BHS used the money to renovate their classroom by adding furniture, a quiet zone, and other necessary classroom accessories. Click the video above to hear from Cassie Marlar!
$2,500 to Madison Middle School
Madison used the money to renovate their sensory room including adding furniture, lighting, and interactive games. Watch the video above to hear from Sara Heuertz!
$2,500 to Ranch Heights Elementary
Ranch Heights used the money to create a new sensory room complete with a new swing, a small trampoline, and other necessary classroom accessories. Watch the video above to hear from Hannah Knight!

On Friday, April 21, 2017, PlayForBurk’s First Annual Golf Tournament saw 24 teams of golfers raise $9,000 for two local special needs programs.
$3,500 to Dewey Elementary School
We purchased five new iPads and provided funding for teacher training and more materials for the Dewey special needs classroom.
$3,500 to Bartlesville High School
We provided a new playground area for the students in Bartlesville High School's special needs program.
$2,000 to Paths to Independence
Supported the annual Dancing with the Stars fundraiser
